  The food wasn't awful. But there was zero customer service. Especially not from the manager who was impersonal and borderline rude. It was extremely slow and no one on staff tried to pick up the pace despite the fact that the line kept filling up. The employees were also clueless and unhelpful. I will NEVER go to this wendys again

  One word...GHETTO! When placing your order the staff responds by saying "K, Yea, Mmmhmm, that's it?" They purposely make you wait at the first window for about ten minutes then tell you to drive up just to make their time look good and the food is ok. I've had better service. Go at your own risk!

  The person who took the order did not give me a receipt. Claimed the machine was not working. The worst customer service! None of the employees knew the store number nor the telephone number. It was awful! Need customer service training!

  1st visit since the remodel. Inside looks nice. 2 TVs for entertainment. Service was decent. Food was ok. Sweet tea was great. Drinks are self serve except for premium drinks. I'll return occasionally for future visits
