  I never life to leave reviews for restaurants buttttttt horrible customer service two nights in a row!!!!!!! Took forever to get seated! I guess they are short staffed because I've waited over 15 minutes to even have someone say hi to me. No waitress at the hostess stand either. The same girl running the to go orders looks like yu the hostess. I just put the menu back and left. This is the second night in a row I've come to get food and have to leave. Very disappointed because I am famished.

  So I went to T.G.I. Friday's with my vertical id. I'm a legal adult and over the age of twenty one and let me tell you I never heard how you won't take my money because of my Id. Another thing that was unacceptable was if I'm sharing a appetizer with a friend or family that person will also be charged for the appetizer. Smh worst experience ever and never will be coming back to this restaurant. If I were you don't waste your time go to another restaurant

  Went yesterday with a party of 5, absolutely the worst service ever, with a disgusting manager. We were put on the waiting list to be sat down, and were told it would be 20 minutes, only to find out 50 minutes later that our names were crossed out. We were sitting directly in front of the 2 hostesses. Speaking to the manager, his answer was "I don't know, it happens 99% of the time, I can't do anything about it." Later on, he had went to every table around us to have a nice conversation, expect ours. A friend who just turned 21 a week prior had ordered a drink only to be denied a vertical ID. By the time we got our first endless appetizer, it was 2 hours after we had entered the doors, next appetizer came about 40 minutes later. Food was cold, of course. One order came out wrong, so we had to wait an additional time to receive next appetizer. Why is this place even open?

  Party of two seated at 11:30 Pm waiter, finally comes 45 minutes after. We ask for two $10 endless good times orders. Waitress tells us that the special stops at 12. But we were seated before 12 and had to wait 45 minutes. lf the waiter had came sooner we would have placed our order before. So we asked to speak to a manager, we wait another 15minutes. The waitress takes the orders of customers that were seated way after us, when I confront her about it she claims that she went to get the manger. The manger never arrives once again I confront the waitress about the horrible service, she reluctantly took out orders. It took so long to get our drinks and food we left without eating. Very very sad
